SANDRA L. INGRAM was born November 12, 1946 in Cincinnati. Ohio. She resided in Florida for the past 17 years. Sandra was preceeded in death by her husband Cecil (Wayne) Ingram.
She is survived by her two daughters, Monica Campbell and Christis Baker; six grandchildren, Jasmine Cox, Joshua Baker, Jalen Baker, Juwan Baker, Lauren Earwood and Aaron Thomasson;
her sister Peggy Richardson; nieces, nephews; four great grandchildren and her life partner David Lance.
